....And the MOT testers! Doesn't it reduce the lighting strength?

They definitely won't like it if you use blue film!!

As an aside, on the other forum, there is a chap called Royster who has answered, I first met this chp on the UK-MKIVS forum about 5 years ago.  

He had an R32 I think back then.

after looking at more pics im actually not sure i like it on anything other than the black car either, looks to dark and a bit odd

....Yep, Roy used to have an immaculate black Mk4 R32 (I've driven it). He misses it a lot. I see him regularly, about once a month usually - Good guy and an ace at detailing. Drives an Audi at the moment.
