I would contact a specialist brief just in-case. It is possible to escape a ban if it would cause due hardship. A few years ago I was running with 9 points, 3XSP30's, when I got pulled doing 107mph on my bike, looking at another 6 points or an instant ban
I got a specialist solicitor on-board, he prepared my defence, I'm self-employed etc...., they gave me the 6 ponits but didn't ban me meaning I was driving around with 15 points on my licence for the best part of 2 years. That changes your driving style believe me

. I can give you his number if you like Pm me, he still practises and is based in Cheshire
