I can confirm they are to go an the Drivers side front door  Makes sense to me!

At the moment they are still hoping to have them out by Crimbo   If I hear anymore I'll let you all know!

Don't you know?  They're coming from Japan and that single plaque will provide a 100bhp increase as soon as you stick it on your car

Seriously though, I'm looking forward to my plaque - seems a little bit of pressure on VW has gone a long way.

I spent £300 on some of those stickers and saw a massive performance improvement with the car giving out 450+ bhp. Saved ££££s off if I had gone down the traditional remap route.

As I can't seem to find the thread about the letters people have received about the plaques and not actually receiving one myself, would someone that has received one mind posting up the number to ring please?

Sorry, but I really find this a bit of a farce - Special Edition plaques which are not fitted at the factory, sent DIY (or not, as the case may be), to be fitted in an inconspicuous location you can't see.

Someone look irony up in the dictionary please !

TBH I agree - it would have been better to have had it built-in somewhere on the car at the factory, like with some of the supercars.
