It's the rear emblems that were found to vary with the number and positioning of the rear clips.

Maybe the front ones also vary as well...

here is a picture of my rear badge. I have highlighted the attachment notches in Red and the Cyan highlight is where VW have removed a notch.

Not as neat as yours Bobo but heres the other type of badge

And more awkward = more expensive to make and build, with a higher reject rate, etc etc.

Guys...this whole different badge thing could be a potential problem? My cars in Gib, im in Cardiff and i cant really think of how im gonna find the badge number? And no...I wont be supplying a badge just incase i dont like it
