I really dislike Jap engines.  Who wants peak power at 8000 rpm??  Even my 16v is a bit "high end" at times. Give me a VW V6 or an Audi V8 any day of the week.

why not an A3? it (to me) is the weapon of choice compaired to the rocco/golf/civic...... ideally the s3

Neither mini cooper 's' works pee's all over them both, down side is size of mini. Driven them brilliant 215bhp, brembo front/rear all for 20k.
