(get a new one only £1.20 from vw)Refill with a good oil like castrol magnatec I bought some wynn's engine flush too do i need a new sump plug? ive noticed that i can put a socket to the oil filter which will help to take it off.You dont have to fit a new sump plug but you should.I wouldnt use engine flush, just my opinion tho.You can buy a tool to remove the oil filter about £5 .Can you just put a socket to the end of the oil filter? looks like a socket would fit but could be wrong

Warm the oil up before you change it* - It comes out quicker, then. *Obviously, don't get it red hot or you may burn yourself!!
