Tbh people overate bbs, ok there the best style rim for vag car in my opinion but my god every bbs wheel suffers from poor paint, which badly corrode's  :shocked:

Mine haven't really got any corrosion, just lots of curbing lol! I'd like to get mine completely refurbed back to normal, I want them like a glossy black centre and the rim to be polished. Sex!!!!

angle grinder wont take away the metal really, as the metal is harder than the wire brush attachment.

dont worry mike, i'll get all the damn bolts out!!!! i've tried hammering them like f**k and that didnt work very well, but made me feel better about the situation.

and kells, used LOADS of wd40 left it soak over night (sat night) and came to it today (sun) no movement.

Love the way they came out though after getting all the crap off. angle grinder ftw! so much easier.....
