think you need to have the CEL / DPF coded out via VAG COM

dude your not normal !!!! crazy diesel tuning rocks   !!! my mate went crazy diesel tuning his 535d !

You might get a light but im sure you can get around that with remapping or doing something with the sensors, i read this somewhere, but can't remember where ?

what power is it at now ?

props to you !

 - It'c currently 205 / 330 but should easily see 250 / 360 with the above pipe fitted ......not too bad for a 4 pot oil burner

once my vag com lead eventually turns up i will look into the CEL light abit more

Evening Tom..
Need to be getting my auto boot finished if we can? Got the vagcom sorted fot it, just need the springs...

Hey Ben, sure, i have all the stuff - just need a free hour one evening ?

think you need to have the CEL / DPF coded out via VAG COM

Yeah, i'll look into it further once i havethe means to do so

Surely it can be done !

Been alittle busy today, this was removed :

.....and replaced with :

I've not changed the map yet...but i have one ready waiting from Chipped Uk. Just removing the DPF has made a marked improvment.

NO CEL light issues as of yet....shouldn't be either.
I'll do about 1000 miles before swapping maps i think, that way the car will have gone though several ignition cycles was should have settled with the new hardware  ^_^

A massive thanks to Corey @ Quattronics (01636 822 288) for fitting my removal pipe this morning - attention to detail was exemplary (he knows how fussy i am)

....Ooops!! Sorree! But it's not a very good photo.

I like Jack Russells and Beagles anyway. I used to share a house with a Bassett Hound!

Just about to make a thread about the 170 gt. I am thinking this as my next car as insurance quotes for me are around 900 quid.

So what sort of price is the car ?

Depends on the spec you want - the poverty spec models are ok - but i wouldn't want a poverty spec.

You need to talk to you dealer if, like me, you want to buy new. You can often grab a good deal if they have any cars at the dock's....they let these go cheaper
