I think every ED30 owner should send a letter once a week to VW until they give in.

It worked in Shawshank Redemption.

I think the way to go is someone (Steve P?) to get a list of names together (from both this site and any other's that people may be on) and send a letter to VW in writing saying that we want a postive conclusion to this or we will be forced to take this to Top Gear, Fifth Gear, Which, Trading Standards, Police Complaints Commission, etc etc.

If this doesn't get them going then I think the next stage would be to take it to the above mentioned authorities and try and shame VW into action.

This is my first VW and the way they are treating people it may very well be my last!

Good idea except that it isn't a subject which has any relevance to the Independent Police Complaints Commission who deal specifically with complaints against the Police, so I'd leave that one out. :smiley:

Ok then I will start to put together a list of owners, so if you are happy to be included in the letter that I will send to VW UK & Group HQ then PM me or email your details to ed30@stevepound.co.uk

If anyone is an active member of any other forums where ED30 owners maybe lurking then please if you can create a thread and get some more details then that would help aswell.  :smiley:
