Had this happen to me a few weeks ago and unfortunately you have to replace the whole unit as nowhere sells just the lense (well I couldnt find anywhere). It looks like the glass is separate but when you take the clips off it is a bugger to actually separate the glass as it is bonded on really well so if you could buy just the glass I reckon I would have bust the light trying to get the old one off!! Genuine Hella units are around ?55 and non genuine you can get for ?35...I got mine from ECP after speaking to Stu (discounts and deals section)......quality price and service and I got it the next day.

too late this time but apply heat from a hairdryer and gently prise apart.

I'm sure you can purchase just the lenses from either ecp or gsf

Fair point but it would take a lot of heating as it is well and truly stuck and then you would need to seal it pretty well again to stop any condensation. You still have to take it off the car as well.

I tried everywhere to see about getting just a lense (VW; ECP; GSF; numerous motor factors), but nobody I found sold them.
