Some more info found below. Sounds like you might have a bad connection or bad earth. Well worth checking your ecu connections and your main battery earth and engine to chassis earth.
00532 - Supply Voltage B+: Signal too Low

Common with 16946/P0562/001378 - System Voltage: Too Low stored in other control modules.
