2.0 8v from a mk3 into a mk2 8v

The ports on the 2E motor are a very odd shape and totally different to the PB head.  This means far less work has been done by far fewer people on getting the most out of the 2E motor, hence the PB head is a much better bet.... plus everything does just bolt up to the head and the 2.0 goes straight in.

the 2e/pb hybrid is a much better enigne than the 2e or the pb. thats why puttign the pb head on the 2e block is so popular. it's easy and effective.

i found out that when mine would not start after conversion i that i needed a 2e dizzy as i had used an agg block
so just make sure you have a 2e dizzy so that everything works (thats for the digi/pb engined cars not sure about car if it is a kjet)

yeah the later MK3 dizzy has a single hall sensor port, the digi one needs 4!  I think you can spot the holes looking down into the dizzy?  You ma even be able to fit the pb trigger windowy thing into the mk3 dizzy?
