Birkitt from VW Driver took a press Scirocco and and did 5 or 6 laps which I got on video. He was doing it for the benefit of the magazine photogaphers rather than the crowd but it went down well. He didn't hang around either!
Mostly old ish track weapons i.e. MK1's and 2's but there were a few new shape A3's (inc a fairly quick 3.2) and Mike in his MK5 GTI Bluefin. (Mike got 3rd fastest time. There was a 400 BHP track prepared Seat something!)
Check out the MK4 on standard suspension lol
