power steering rack ?

I'm 99% sure the racks are the same length and the extra length is made up from the track rods, which is why if you buy a recon'd rack, it comes without track rods...

The hoses have the same fitment, and will fit, buit the transfer pipes (metal ones on the rack itself) are different...the mk2 pipes are longer than the mk3
