im in the middle of doing mine now - started at lunch time - the module itself is plug and play but running the wiring takes a bit of fiddling - i reckon its about an hours job in total as stereo has to come out and remove the covering under the steering wheel to run the driver's side LEDmight have to remove the door cards to get the LED into the mirror housing too
