Sorry, that Phil (Steve) has  gone for the mo. Seemed a nice guy at the inters.

Family has gotta come first. But he still has the GTI, mind you he is on his third in the last year......... :wink: :evil:

Nice guy met him at inters this year briefly, and he helped me out with my sky+ problem.I wondered why the p/m's had disappeared.
my wife gives me dogs for being on here and imo iam not on that often.

Feel a bit bad it was my post that tipped him, but I'm pretty sure that wasn't his reason for calling it a day. I'm pretty sure when he gets time he will be back :smiley:

You can be horrible sometimes mr mccavity, what makes you say poor quality rubber, the lad might have saved hard for them tyres. Toyo's aren't a bad all round tyre, in the dry they will take some beating, in the wet they are ok and for the money they are good. Some people use them to get better clearence as they have a stretched look to the shoulder even though they are the same size, giving you a little more room. I think you can be a bit critical at times

not sure it would have drawn blood though, I've been knocking about here a while now, and you yourself have commented and my friendly approach, there was no mallice meant, just the fact that somebody may have saved hard for the tyres and then gets a comment that there poor :smiley:
