Another Yorkshire Newbie
« on: 19 August 2008, 15:37 »

Alright folks,

Just picked up my first ever Golf and it's a 1998 Mk3 GTI 8v in Dragon Green. I've only had it since friday and already I'm loving it. It's got 95k on the clock and within the last 12 months has had new brakes, clutch, belts, tyres, full 4 wheel alignment and has a ton of history and everything works except the rear drivers side window. It needs the power steering looking at (have already found a post on here) and has a couple of scratches but otherwise is sound. Cost me £950.

Looking forward to working on it/driving it and generally getting involved.

Cheers

Malco
