Good price, have sold some bits on mine so I should have it up and running by the weekend

Got it back  :smiley:

Fuse box needed to be replaced on top of battery common fault apprently. £50 part and £20 labour AND recovery  :smug:

I'm a happier person now, and it seems faster and more responsive. :undecided:

I shall now proceed to wash and fit new door handles later.

wow thats cheap cost about that for recovery sometimes. bet your glad to have it back

Well my GF's Grandad works at a garage and the guy who owns it owes him alot of favours. So he picked it up and they sorted it for me. Happy as paying half under warranty + recovery would have been more and wouldn't have my car back as soon.

Happy days.

Drove her about 50 miles today and all is good.

Fitted GolfGTI stickers and my black interior door handles.  :smiley:
