cheers mate might order some tomorrow , is it a case of wheel off , spacer in place then wheel back on with longer studs ?

Yep, exactly. I got the garage I bought the spacers off to do it just so I knew I had the right type and size of bolt.
Unfortunately I can't advise as to what bolt is right or not but www.montyswheelsandtyres.com will be able to help.
They supplied and fitted mine.

I was thinking about having this done when I had the brakes done. I think now I will try wider wheels/different offset instead.

SKAVIA - you still have the Forge DV, CAI, HPFP, Intercooler and of course carbon fibre bits to add too :wink:

do you think fitting these spacers to the front as well will cock up steering geometery etc ?????????

Yes, if I was to go down this route then 19" BBS CH all the way. Painted same colour as the pescaras with a stainless machined lip. Nice to try to keep the OEM look.

....I know that spacers help the appearance and that it's very important to fit hubcentrics, but I've always been a bit wary of them - Am I worrying about nothing or is there a downside?

IIRC, AP Racing advised me against fitting them with my big brake kit.

Not sure I know of a downside RR. Hopefully there are none - maybe T_T can enlighten us?
Too late now anyway as I've bought them and I like 'em! :wink:
I made sure I went for a quality set so any possible downsides would be eliminated.
