i think the the flaired arches may well come from a very well respected american tuner of old fifthteen52

still wouldn't do it to mine though, i did have a MK2 XR2 that looked a bit like that :embarassed:

I get where the lad is coming from but it looks more appropriate, imo, when part of the body and on a track GTI : -
