Standard Alarm

Does anyone know how i can turn the sensitive on the alarm down? just had a motorbike go past and it set the alarm off  :shocked:

Is it true you can trun the DB up on the alarm with Vagcom??  :shocked:  :cool:

doesnt the button on the drivers b pillar turn it on and off?? worked on mine with the chav at work with 20" exhaust setting mine off everytime he parked up!!!!! :evil: :evil: :evil:

That button turns off the ultra sonics inside the car - so you can leave dogs in the car. lol @ chavs  :grin:

Might be able to do it with vag com:

Try this:

Select -> 45-Int.Monitor -> Adaptation -> Channel 01.   

Stored value should be 100 (for 100% sensitivity).   You should be able to reduce it to as low as 50.

Not sure if this works on golfs does on audis tho  :undecided:

Bottom of the drivers door next to the piller there is a small button  :wink:
