How many MKV's have you beaten in your MKIV?

I don't keep count, but can tell you that I've never been over taken in a mkv, ever.  With the exception of the motorway when I'm doing a steady speed

so that means you have been overtaken by a MKV??

I've only come up against 1 Mk5 GTi & I left it in another county, LOL!! 

They'd be better round a track, though (& then some more if they got re-mapped, too).

Never really raced one, used to just do Gti's with the old turbo as my torque was crap on that remap, would spank one now though

Never came across a mk5 GTI (disclaimer: NOT EDITION 30s) that i couldn't spank in my old mk4

oh and the fact that racing means you burn more fuel

if you werent bothered about racing and wanted to save fuel you should have got a 1.4, its a turbo - use it!
