You may have been to Twycross Zoo and seen the famous PG Tips 'sh!t flinging apes'

I seem to feel the urge to return to that basic animal instinct when I see a vauxhall.

i should have thought about it before i had ago with him really to spair the imbaressment he's running the same bhp as an astra vxr but with around 30ft/lb more torque.. and he's probaly a fair bit lighter than an astra!

im not being a vauxhall fan but to those who is slagging it i wouldnt untill you go in one like this.. it did get the power down suprisingly good and i dont know where this it understeers like a b!tch has come from (maybe because the astra and vectra dont handle) but belive me he did sh*t me up on the corners and it did stick/corner well..

300bhp would be achivable if hes running 240 with the stock turbo! god know what turbo the upgrade will be and what sort of boost it will make

i do respect the car after today.. if i was to go for a small hot hatch i think i would definetly go for the corsa
Just tell him if he wants to pick on a Golf with less mods than him then there is a fair few on here that'll stick up for there bigger brother...
Tell him there's a white Golf GTI on here that wants a crack with his Corsa and all it has is Remap and exhaust...

Candy White Ed30 3dr DSG, Nav, Bi-Xenons, Armrest, MFSW...

That thread on the mini is really old, It produced 391 bhp on superchips rr and their fan is rubbish.
Heres the thread
http://www.mini2.com/forum/gt-tuning/148806-gtt300t-rr-superchips-today-391bhp-graphs.html
Heres the mini with 600 bhp running in the tens at the 1/4 mile. Still 1.6, stock gearbox and bottom end of engine.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nuuswp7D-RY
This mini is running the twincharge setup and the guy who built this is also responsible for building elanor gt500 from gone in sixty seconds.
I wouldnt make things up about the mini, it is a very durable car and has surprised many tuners out there.
There are so many kits available for the mini such as
stroker 2.0 kit
stroker 2.0 turbo
turbo conversion
twincharge conversion.
rotrex sc conversion

As for amd's kit no-one has bought one and its rubbish, the best stuff for the mini is coming from the states and from 1320autos.

Golf gti ed30, tornado red, itg panel filter, revo stg 2, team dynamics gloss black wheels, turbo back milltek, ecs dogbone mount, leon cupra brakes. s3 intercooler ordered.

Don't worry I wasn't accusing you of making it up, just genuinely interested.. I am a huge mini fan (first two cars I owned were minis) and that fireball car is mental! Little investigation shows it has had bottom end and transmission work though, which is only sensible.. or as sensible as you can get in a 10 second mini

It's uncanny too how similar the stories are to the old golf IHI kits when you dig into the history of it all. Pictures of conrods blown out the side of the block galore

Didnt know you had a mini. I am missing mine a little, just love the sound of the supercharger. I like to keep up to date with all the goings on with mini as they are really pushing the boundaries and trying loads of different combinations which alot more tuners should be doing.

I think Toph's minis were "Proper" ones if you know what I mean (I'm not dissing the Binis BTW, I think they're awesome).

Indeed, 1.0 E reg Mini Mayfair repainted cadbury blue/purple.. then a 1976 mini 1000 all original on the outside with a 1375cc motor and toph-super-bodge fezzie XR2 gearing  It was so old the windscreen washers were a squeezy button on the dash, and you could operate the wipers by hand too
