yeah why not least i can say i was on the team that were the 1st to convert a mk5 engine into a mk4!!!!  :grin: :grin: :grin: :smug: :smug: good aint we :afro:

in total im looking to spend about 2.5kish

from the turbo im looking at about 180 at the wheel with a custom remap, maybe more depending but i think the best ive seen is 250 thats with new cams and rods.

that would be awsome to do a mk5->4 conversion

Just been searching on the bay looking to either drop a 1.8T or similar into my sluggish 2.0 and found this handy little company

a bit of an update, i have spoken to kinetics in the US (using works phone)

They are really helpfull with the build and are gonna throw some extra stuff in like a bfi oil pan and better gaskets and stuff.
