you rekon hey egbert well my car has only just over 30k on it and previous owner was a woman with kids so dont really think its been rallied to often and like i said my type r used hardly any oil either, so now ur saying if it dont burn oil its got problems lol lol ur an idiot mate 
You've had your car since 27000 miles on it, which is more than enough time for things to bed properly.
My car needed topping up with oil until about 5-6000miles, after which it has stayed stable.
