do you  want the number of some quality specialist that would be able to do the job for you? if its possible to do the job?

surely the 1st in the country.

its given me inspiration to get something a bit more special than a g60 lump for my mk2.

have you enquired at any garages to get it done?

the vr6 conversion is not good news at all for the mk2 mate! :P

go for the g60 everytime!

the vr6 is to heavy man!

i wanna do something a little special as well mate. ;)

mine is definately going to be a g60 conversion!

you can get a decent g60 engine for ?1200, including the kit to convert it as well,

for that money i wouldnt bother with the 16v lump mate, because for dirt cheap money you can get some serious sh!t under the bonnet of your mk2! ;)

oh yeh marty,

there is absolutly no way you could get over 200 bhp out of a standerd 16valve (even if you bored it out to 2.2 litres the most you could get would be 197bhp.

so go for the g60!

ive just got  a quote from a guy to fit a g60 engine to my mk2!

for ?500 quid! :D

wat a bargain hey!

random jord,

the guy who will be doing it for me is an absolutly amazing engineer(he is currently putting a v5 4 motion engine in a jetta, 4wheel drive jetta!)

would you like me to ask him whether he could do your s4 job as well? ;)

why dont you put 1.8t in your cars? easily the best engine for tuning potential. i reckon thgey will get dirt cheap in a few years cos that engine is in nearly every vag car plus seat! theres gonna be loads in the breakers yard

ive had a turbo before mate, fiat coupe 20valve turbo.

i want to go for supercharged power!

but i wouldnt mind a 1.8 t at all!
