Indicators not flashing

Aah the coincidence... Spotted someone mentioning indicators not flashing every time you lock the car. Well mine aren't! I usually lock, then unlock, then lock again to make them flash, because i'm under the impression it has something to do with the alarm being armed? Help!

Ah yes Faulty door module - cost about £70 from vw  + fit  :angry:  :cry:

Bugger. Like i said, the doors do actually lock, it's just the indicators that don't flash. Is this defo the problem? no problems unlocking at all!

Yeah im 99% that the module is faulty and it is not arming the alarm when the indicators dont flash - dodgy soldering i believe  :shocked:
