Watch your tools kids

Some **** nicked my torque wrench last night.

Popped inside the house for something and when I came back a minute later it was gone.
If I hadn't been drinking in my bro's garden all afternoon I'd have cruised the area to look for the culprit, which might have made for an interesting conversation.

So look after your stuff!

I once had all my tools stolen during the night from the hangar I was working in. £6000+ gone. Took me years to replace them all. And most of them were Snap-on.

I leave all my tools outside my house, go to halfords to get stuff and come back and has been fine so far. I have a big bay window on the front of my house though so think people don't want to risk it incase some one is in the room!!

will start to be a bit more careful from no one then

We had a mini digger on hire whilst doing the garden when we first moved into our house. Obviously with the digger came a couple of extra buckets which had been on the drive all weekend with no problems.

Monday morning, due to be picked up at 8am, my mum got up at 6:30 and they were there. By the time she'd been in the bath and got ready it was about 7ish and they'd gone! We know exactly who it would have been but couldn't prove anything there and then and the police didn't want to know.

Mrs Peel's little window box disappeared the day after the torque wrench. Perhaps I've upset the neighbours.
