todays work
« on: 28 April 2008, 19:48 »
Been busy setting up my car ready for going to my first track day. Got my engine running how i like it with a new service all leads plugs and so on, today i have done a new oil and filter even tho its only done 2500 miles since the last one. Sprayed all the engine in degreaser and pressure washed it, now i can finaly see the engine and gearbox. Got around to fitting my omp front brace and new rocker seal as there was a slight seap of oil from the old one. Next was the uprated brakes from 8v to 16 valve brakes with new wheel bearings and brake fliud - the brakes were ebc grooved discs and mintex fast road pads. with goodridge brake lines . and to help out i removed the front fog lights and placed some vents in to help cool the brakes. next came and good clean inside and out and a good wax heres some pics let me no what you think.

But for the purest engine experience, displacement has no replacement. All other methods are simply attempts to artificially recreate the benefits of displacement.

What size are those wheels? They look good, a little different to "the norm" at the moment.
