BEEP BEEP when locking/unlocking your car

Yes, you can select anti hijack through Highline, mine wasn't enabled from new, so I did it.
You can also set the drivers door only to unlock on first click or all doors.

Just to clarify...

Remote key...   One click to lock all doors & boot (beep / flash) & one click to open all doors & boot (beep beep / flash flash) unless I use the key / door lock then it's lock / unlock all doors & boot (no beep / no flash).....

Auto lock at 10mph & auto unlock when key is removed from ignition.
Also all doors & boot can be unlocked / locked via the rocker switch on the drivers side door. Single doors can be unlocked with two pulls of the silver door handle / latch...

It's only been a couple of days since having it done but I'm well pleased with it...
And well worth £20 IMO....

Yes it does that, infact it's done it from day one...... Not checked it since the little mod

Just checked... Can confirm one beep as normal then the windows go up...

Dealers use VAS which is not really anything like VAG-COM.  For this type of thing VAG-COM is much simpler to identify the options that you want to deal with.

There is a Beta release of VCDS (the new brand name for VAG-COM) on the Ross-Tech website which I have been using and it is fine.  It has a few more details in the label files for things like the RNS510.

I have just downloaded the Beta version where it states is does more, quote from their website

"these modules can be coded as well"

do you know what they are or if there are any extra features, I can't see much difference ?
