thats the worst thing about the RNS510 imho...
the rotating power symbol!

It should stay up the right way and the knob rotate around it.

Fully agree, its attention to detail that makes all the difference.

I actually refrain from using the volume control on the 510, just use the buttons on my steering wheel instead, so as not to destroy the image ..

No integrated bluetooth on the RNS510. You'll still need the VAG Bluetooth module!
If you have one of the latest versions of the module, you can however control the Bluetooth module with the RNS510.

yeh, Bluetooth can be retro fitted, but its not something i would use so have not bothered with it, i am however interested in TV for the car

TV for the car...upgraded software for the maps....i didnt know you could do so much with the RNS510...just specced on my golf as i thought its new and would look pretty...any more interesting info you guys can share with me

Very helpfull and took about 30/45 mins as im not very good at this sort of thing (wires scare me )
