I've got one of these sitting in my study ready to be bolted on
I bought it off ebay USA as it was standard fitment on their cars. Aus spec cars had another type of third brake light that mounted onto the rear window.
Benny T: How did you route the wiring through the tailgate? The original fitment actually had a different rear window, with a small hole in it for the wire to go through!
