OSIR Carbon Fibre arrived from TT shop.

My Carbon fibre bonnet and wing mirrors are now on my ED30

It was a long drive down and back considering I'm not feeling too well

The TT shop were fantastic and JV's allowing them to post an intro on this thread from them. My Exhaust had developed an annoying buzz and they even sorted that out for me too
Dave from the TTshop took some pics and so they will no doubt end up on here.

The weave of the fibre is excellent as is the fit and finish. You can really see the deep shine on the bonnet too .For now here are some of my own pics

i take it TT shop can get any OSIR parts? I rather fancy the R32 CF lower splitter.. and maybe the rear one to match

I'm going to do a full photoshoot of the CF and headlights soon.

OSIR can do all the OSIR stuff and the R32 even has a front CF part to cover the "Zimmerframe"

Yes, the TTshop are sole European retailers for OSIR and can get any OSIR part.

I'm going up there next week to collect my CF exhaust trim to fit R32 rear.

As you can see from the pic below it isn't OTT. From a distance it is hardly noticeable. I'm glad I left the bonnet unpainted now

Are these full mirrors or just covers?  I ask as I have seen stick on covers available.

The mirrors covers REPLACE the originals and aren't stick on.

Now is it just me.. or does it look like your bonnet isn't shut all the way down in that last pic? Could be due to the reflections, or just a little alignment required.

some people are crazy (I mean Hurdy).
If I had the cash for luxuries like carbon fiber bonnet and mirrors, I'd buy something different from GTI instead, some sportcar, and not a hatch with sporty aspirations.
