Unlikely that dealer will replace the discs under warranty unless the car is relatively new - cheap metal in discs these days and production cost cutting means they are always likely to rust, especially in a UK climate :embarassed: My discs are rusty and dealer wouldn't budge

Had the same issue with my old Boxster and as the brakes functioned properly, I only got them replaced when the inboard rears rusted badly on the disc surface.
I find Solvol Autosol takes care of the rear zorst tips no problem

Just tear off a 2" x 8" piece of fabric and use a sawing action to clean/polish around each tip
