hahah deffo. Best thing is that if I get it, then the drive home will be sheffield to liverpool via snake pass (maybe a couple of times over hahaha )

Gilders in Hillsborough? Banner Cross?

Snake pass is a top road. It's even better now that they have resurfaced most of it

Well I have driven over 200 mile round trip for a 20 min test drive of the ed 30 and wow!! it was worth it. The moment he kicked in the ignition, the low meaty bubble tone from the engine sounded awsome. As soon as I sat in the car, stapped my self in, i imediatly felt part of the car.

It gave me so much confidance. The gear stick and wheel both thick and chunky in all the right places. revomitor easilly sighted and when needed, a quick check over to the speedo was all easally done. took it down some b twisties and a duel carrageway (which was mostly covered in roadworks :( but not all hehe).

I loved aproaching corners changing down from 4th into second, give the revs a quick flick so that when i released the clutch, it came in just right and boom off into thrid and then relax hehe. This car was quick, but I never took it past 4K revs. my current car is a 91 BMW 320i, I didn't suffer any understear problems at all changing from a rwd car to fwd. When i test drove the gti last week, there were some issues with understear but I guess these could be put down to tyre pressures.

9/10 (gotta leave room for a remap ) overall I love this car and hopefully should be picking it up next weekend

Nice

Another Ed30 in the fastest colour
I'm sure I read that the steel grey colour flew along the tarmac the fastest, perhaps it was because it was attached to the new Nissan GTR!
