Neaty said proper words...I drop the g off things purely because I'm lazy..so therefore, they aren't proper words..
I don't understand some of the b0llix (stupid text speak - like ma car and iz it blue) people write, but I think some people just get a tad ott on stuff, including grammar and spelling, when they don't know people's educational background, imo..
not just having a go at Neaty here..btw

Oh well if we're being @nal...can all the dumb fcuks who keep spelling brakes as breaks please fcuk off..
i mean...jeez..lighten up people...
I for one, considering I send a shed load of letters/emails for work, quite enjoy not having to think and write correctly on here as well as everywhere else in my daily working day..

oh and Neaty, at least get your writing correct if people are to write "proper words"

Dinx

I fail to see what is wrong with this sentence bar a capital letter not being present at the start.

if people can't write proper words then they shouldn't write at all

Di, i have obviously hit a nerve here. I didn't mean it like that, what i meant was, saying things like 'm8' or missing key letters out of the middle of a word.

Will if I was picking someone up on it, I would re-write it as "If people can not write properly, they should not write at all".
Not a nerve, no, it's just that it started out with having a go about text speak, which I totally agree with - it being stupid, and as per, when people see an opportunity to jump on the band wagon, it then snow-balls into a free for all to have a moan about everything.
I just think that it's a car forum and to be honest, if people do go really get on your nerves doing it, don't answer there posts or ask them to translate.

As previously stated Paul, this was not just a dig at you.

ABS
