Mk1 bodywork bits
« on: 06 April 2004, 15:04 »
Hey all,

I've just posted something in the MK4 section regarding a contact I've just made, which I think will be really usefull to any Mk1 owner embarking on a bodywork mission!

http://www.golfgtiforum.co.uk/index.php?board=9;action=display;threadid=7876;start=msg60188#msg60188

Basically, this guy is an exporter of VW bits (Genuine and non-genuine), most of which goes out to the USA. A large percentage of his stock is Mk1 body panels.

He's a real friendly knowledgeable guy, and the sample rpices he was quoting me sound incredibly fantastic. Check out the link above, that will give his contact details etc.

Just seen this thread from a while back  :).

Has anyone bought Mk1 panels from this guy? I know several Mk1 owners that would be REALLY interested in replacement rear panels for the later Mk1's (with the larger rear light cluster).

A website addy for this guy would also be good if anyone has it?

Cheers,

Chris
