pah I hate this forum!
temptation was too much , so there ordered , plan to drill out the extra bits to make it even holes all round

they have arrived , nice service 
Surprised how much they have behind the vents! both of which are removable

Also seen a few pics on golfmkv where the holes have been cut out and the biggest problem is seeing all the cr@p behind the grilles , spoiling the visual effect.

So theres still some work to do.
