7.7 ish seconds 0-60 isn't  anything to write home about espesh when its only a small car, but a remap would maybe do it.

I duno what handdling is like tho

They did a GTi Cup or something with 180bhp out of the box, I bet that's quite fun. The current Polo GTI is probably the real succesor to the MKI Golf Gti. It's about the same size with a similar power/weight ratio.

I think its quite nice to be honest  :smiley: If i couldnt afford the full stretch to a golf gti i would honestly consider one of those.  :smiley:

One of the guys i work with has a white on on order, its at the dealers but cant pick it up till his birthday in April.   I haddnt told him i was getting a 'proper' GTI, you should have seen his face last week when i turned up for work in the GTI  :shocked:  :grin: :grin: :grin:

Quite interested to see how it compares though.........

One of this months VW magazines has a feature on a modded White Polo GTI with over 300bhp :shocked:

It really is just a smaller version og the Mk5 gti.

Same styling.

1.8 T 150 BHP ENGINE.

Same cloth on the seats etc.

That white one looks stunning.

Brother as just got one 5dr in black and we had abit of a tango and he kept up with me, He did lose out on the corners but I think that was more confidence with a new car.

Ive got a GT tdi140 with the bluefin remap.
