haha, yeah you'd think so rob? That's why its taken ages, always waiting for funds!

Its almost on the road. I went to drive it today and a cv joint had popped out, so couldn't drive it. Must of happened when I changed the coilies. Got a set of tdi shafts waiting to go on, so will swap them over this week.

I wanted to kill myself trying to swap my driveshafts over :D everything just kept popping out and going wrong, good luck :afro:

Dan

:D yep, I'm don't mind giving it a go and I have replaced the gearbox to shaft bolts with allen key headed bolts, so makes life a little easier. I hate it when the joints pop apart and ball bearings go everywhere!

Aite, its on the road again! The shaft only popped out gearbox end, but I put the TDi one on anyway as its a Mk3 shaft and not a Mk2 one.

Running stupid -ve camber on the front but it doesn't pull and feels fine. That's odd lol. Getting it aligned this week, cause its got to be done.

Running on low boost until I rough up the boost pipe ends; they kept popping off in high boost. So can't wait to get that sorted!

No doubt more updates to follow and hopefully a vid if i can pull my finger out.

Looking sick mate! Love the yellow lamps

Can't help but agree with the comments about the badge and mirrors though, recon they would look better matching the wheels than the bay :undecided:

Yer, I'm thinking about what to do with the mirrors and badge... Didn't mean for them to match the engine bay, it just happened lol!

Thanks for the comments people!
