Early MK2 front wiper - LHD?

I've got an early MK2, and my front wiper has completely fallen apart - I need the whole lot. What other models can I get it from - is it the same as the ordinary 90 spec wiper and if so, does anyone in/near Glasgow have one spare I could borrow?

...by single wiper conversion do you mean they broke, and I managed to salvage one wiper from the available parts, and I drove round with it like that for months until my MOT - if so, then yes.

Otherwise, my wiper mech broke ages ago and I was happy to drive with just a drivers side wiper, but I need a full window sweep to be able to get an MOT.

After a quick blast on eBay it looks like the MK3 Golf wiper won't fit, I hate being in damn Scotland, no scrappie has MK2s!
