That smoothed bumper looks very nice, but agree with the above

Get rid of the sh!te grill but a gen 1 and paint it black and you could vinyl the roof if that's the look ure going for! Black headlights! There's loads of options

Beat me to it!

Standard grill painted black, black badge, joey modded headlights and gloss black roof

Cheers guys, i too think the grill is ugly as f00k but getting rid would mean getting rid of the smoothed bumper which i like. predicament.....

Liking the idea of a black roof, badge has been replaced with a black one, how would i go about getting black head lights? (n0000000b)

Rochdale, not far from me and few others on here.
The grill is separate from the smoothed bumper so you should be ok?

Just joined up, this is my 5th Mk4, so I think I'm probably classed as an addict :)

Picked up a GTI TDI PD150 last week, interior not in the best condition and a few marks on the bodywork so planning on it being a project to work on to tidy up. 2002 model, one owner car with full service history so hoping it will do ok.

No decent exterior photos yet but this one gives an idea how bad the interior was. Apart from dog hair on everything - and massive accumulation of it, very little cleaning seemed to have been done. Helped get the price down though and more fun to start with a shed.
