mk1 gti probs

dudes me again got a mk1 gti and in low revs it seems to shudder a little bit, but goes like the wind when you put ya foot down and at top end is fine., i first thought i might be crap in the enigine, then my father in law had a look at it . he said fuel is coming through clean. and may be in the past the car has been tuned up bigger cams etc, making it shudder abit in low revs.

what is the idle like? is it a digifant or a k-jet model?

Give all the induction system plumbing a check for leaks. They can usually play havoc with idle.
