i have pretty much finished working on the offside arch, just need to get the rest of the underseal off at the top of the inner arch and do a few more stitches. its a f**king horrible job and ive still got the other side to look forward to! you can feel how much stronger the shell is jst by pushing the panels though, cant wait to drive it again  :laugh:






have also decided that the rear panel needs cutting off and replacing! oh joy

added a plate for the harness bar and undersealed the arch to finish it off. ive now started working on mounting the bucket seat on some rails and sidemounts. that meant more spot weld drilling to get the runners off. i must be getting better as only 2 holes were left in the shell this time!

also caught me a badboy hornet that was trying to attack me inside the car  :evil:

yeah man im f**king bored

hopefully be going home tomorrow morning if they are happy with it. had to have minor surgery on it this morning under general anasthetic!

Sh!t that's not good, I bet it f*cking hurt. I hate angle grinders and always wear super tough gloves, but even then I know they're not much protection.

If you're stranded for a bit give me a shout and i'll shoot round after work one night and take you out for a beer.
