exhaust clamp position, could this cause a banging?

Hi, as the title, could the position of this clamp(see pic) so close to the metal cross thing be causing a banging noise my car has? would changing all the rubber hangers lift the exhaust up to stop this or should i loosen and move the clamp?

yes just move the clamp ,new rubbers will make a difference ,try and twist exhaust-to straighen it up
