Finally got her back a couple of days ago
!!! Everything went smoothly and the repairs were 1st class - no problems. Was a joy to get back behind the steering wheel, i've been making up for lost time!!!
The manual gti courtesy car was really good, but i was amazed at the difference between the ed30 and the gti. For some reason the traction on the manual was very poor (maybe cause of the 17" wheels, or rubbish tyres), and the extra grunt in the ed30 is very noticeable. Also very happy that i chose dsg over manual
. All in all my big grin is back
