When I had my car on the rolling road, the opperator said that the trans ect losses were 17.5%. So you will have 146.9hp at the flywheel ;D.  This may vary between different rolling roads but should be close enough.

yeah you need to know the transmission loss percentage for your car to be able to calculate the flywheel bhp

it varies from car to car

My fiesta RS was 188 at the flywheel and 156 at the wheels about 20% difference although the engine only just held together long enough for a rolling road. ;)

I think tranmission losses are normally around the 15% mark.

Most rolling roads are able to calculate it as they know the amount of resistance being applied to the wheels.
