Awwwwwwwwww, man it gets better - he's responded to my question....

Quote
The suspension, tyres and disc breaks [sic] are all custom fitted to a
racing spec.

So I've had to ask.....

Quote
What is the racing specification for the items?

Is there a particular race series you've pulled the specification from?

Clearly this is a fast car, it's just the description of 'racing spec' - what is that when it's at home?  Specifications taken from the Blue Book?  A Golf racing series specification (the G2 GTI series specifies standard size brakes)?  I'm really curious to hear what 'racing spec' is, as this car outwardly appears completely non-race-spec.
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.

I think they are pretty rare cars though. There was one featured in the latest Golf+ and the guy who owned it had to go to Germany for it if I remember correctly. As for race spec, I'm guessing the wheels as they're kerbed to fook from going round all those hairpins and track corners.
......now officially dubless.

regardless of the bad wording its a f**kin rare car esp in 3 door!

edit - in fact that car is awesome, now i'll admit that i'm a prime candidate for forums most sarcastic, but in this case these cars are rare and awesome, can't see why there is the negativity?!

since when did you lose your sarcasm skills joe? good work from mr hell, he's not mocking the car just the odd wording!

actually, maybe the problem is that the item is genuinely 'rare' unlike all things on ebay called such. so perhaps 'racing spec' is the next level of exclusivity on the ebay promotion front
