first post, and its of my total rebuild of my custom mk4, inc respray and pics

well tried towrap the grill in carbon, but i only had a bit left and it had a bit of dried resin on the back, it looked ok but started to lift once the resin was applied, so i scrapped that idea and just painted it a pearl black lol

 pics of the carbon process anyway, the trouble you have with carbon is it unwinds real easy lol

grille is painted in a black pearl with met in there too here it is baking under the infra reds

Jake, that is a really good looking motor, you have done a wicked job.  Really like all the small little touches that add a touch of distinction!  I also like that its not "in your face" or chavvy.

the angel ring bit will be going though, bit chavy for my tastes lol

ummmm...its just the fact that all the light is gunna be xenon and white led then you have the yellowest angel eye ring hahaha

got cracking again at dinner,

finally got rid of that horrible wood trim


and made a start on the boot build, nice simple install to just look tidy,






hope to god i have enough of my red left to do it with lol

and marked for more cutting
