i hate you, it was minus 7 here yesterday, i scraped the whole car and by the time i got back to the windscreen, it had frozen again...i only dream of living somewhere hot!

For some strange reason you can only get 30% tint in Dubai if you're an expat, but that darkens things down well enough.  All the guys from the Middle East drive around with completely blacked out windows, which might have something to do with the amount of crashes they have!

I've been quoted 1600 Dirhams (about 220 Pounds) to get a 30% tint on all side and back windows, with a clearer film that goes over the front windscreen to help keep the interior cool.  Once fitted, I'll post some pictures...

Lol!  Don't do the Burj!  7 Stars but v. tacky!  Nice to look at and take photos of the outside, but a bit too over the top!!

The Royal Mirage - that's the one to go for if you want to stay near Jumeirah, or Al Qasr or Mina 'A Salam if you want to stay near the Burj
